Service was horrible with no one ever answering the phone within the last month of booking and staying here. I understood why after arriving waiting 20 minutes while no one was at the front desk. The lady after finally coming back walked back off another 5 minutes with no apologies and a semi attitude. Every other time when returning or needing something they were either gone or never greeted me and were playing on phone or chatting it up with another employee.
Stayed at this location about 6 weeks ago and the only reason I did not give them a 5 Star rating is because I feel that this hotel is cheaply built, we had a family with some out-of-control kids staying right next to us (and it was very evident) but after I beat on the wall they did settle down. All that being said, the staff was friendly, their snack bar area was a nice way of having a small dinner without having to go back out of the room for the evening. The property is nice and yes I would stay here again.
