Hosted a celebration for my youngest. Horrible customer service and GM cares more about their workers than paying guest. Made arrangements for 2 weeks to be able to decorate but because the hotel allowed a worker to host an event. I was going to be charged 100$ to set up the night before. Never been charged and now all of a sudden. I will never host an event here. The weekend workers are rude and Do Not care. I would encourage guest to book at another hotel event. I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay great. They went above and beyond to help whenever needed and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

What kind of deception? I paid $192 for Hilton! But we were accommodated in Hampton INN. I don't need your gold card, through AMEX, Marriot they also have a gold card! No more Hiltons, only Marriot! You pay more on the road thinking that there will be comfort, and they settle in Hampton! It's horrible, last night at Hilton!!!! Only Marriot
