The hotel was really good. • Easy check-in & check-out • The room was clean • Great location — close to many restaurants, the mall, other stores, and the highway. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the garbage can. We arrived at 1:30 am, and that was the first thing I smelled when getting out of our vehicle, as we parked at the lobby doors. Housekeeping was phenomenal. The room was cleaned extremely well, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay. The parking situation, however, was frustrating. When I returned to the hotel, the handicap spaces were full, with construction workers parked in them. When I called the DGM, I was told that because she had placed a “No Parking” sign in front of the hotel, I could park there instead.
