Unfortunately did not stay at this hotel due to them being booked, but the man at the desk was incredibly polite and helped guide us in the direction of a hotel saving an otherwise bad night. If I could give customer service 6 stars I would.
Room was clean, front desk was friendly.
Hide a bed mattress was not very comfortable but room was good for most part.
The experience at Home 2 Suites was very nice. The customer service was A+. They are very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend. Breakfast could be a little better. If you want to warm up your breakfast you will have to take it to your room. It took a long time for our water to get nice and hot. It was lukewarm. But it was still a great hotel and me and my family plan on staying there again.
