Everything was fine, except that the person at the front desk had been in a bad mood right from the moment I checked in. Upon arriving at my room, I noticed there were only three pillows, so I called to request extras, as there are usually four. The person at the front desk told me there were none available and that they had been in short supply since the previous day.
