The night shift staff was unfriendly and acted as if you were a nuisance if you stopped at the front desk. My first time down she took well over 5 minutes to come out as she was busy eating behind the glass. The room wasn't cleaned well. Many many hairs in the bathroom. One packet of dishwasher soap and no dishsoap to wash dishes. No conditioner in the shower which I discovered while in the shower. Very loud guests above us running. Pool was cold.
