Left a remote computer monitor in my room. Called to get it back several times and of course the staff couldn’t find it even though you can’t miss it. Also filled out their online form. I found the exact same product listed on eBay and the seller is located in Chicago. Will see what my options are for filing a police report for my item being stolen by their staff.

Excelente local para se hospedar se tem que fazer alguma coisa no McCormick Center, tem uma passarela que liga-o o hotel ao Centro de Convenções. O lugar é ótimo em downtown e o hotel é muito bem cuidado e o pessoal atencioso demais, deixo uma menção aqui as meninas que cuidam do café da manhã (Chen e Bao) simpáticas e cuidadosas

Our stay was wonderful,Louis and Simon at the front desk were extremely helpful with some online issues we had. The rooms were roomy,clean and quiet. Breakfast was varied each morning with food constantly being refilled and shout-out to Bao who was so friendly,say hi each morning. The only downside is the digital keys were very hit or miss if they would work ( this was with everyone in both of our rooms).
