We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago McCormick Place. The location is excellent—it’s very convenient to Chinatown, where we enjoyed several great restaurants, and it’s also easy to get to downtown attractions. The parking garage was convenient (we paid $30 for 24 hours parking; $26 overnight in the parking lot next door) and made driving in Chicago much less stressful. We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Chen in the breakfast made the stay especially great by checking in with our group about any needs we had and going above and beyond!

I was give room on 21st floor. It was very loud like bouncing music and singing. I asked the font desk person on text where is the music coming from? No answer. Searched online and figured there is a night club at 22nd floor. Now stuck as there are no rooms available. Spoke to front desk. She said we can not help. Music will continue till 2am as there is a private party. . I asked her we were not inform about it. She apologized and said come down 11am to switch rooms.
