Great stay! Great Prices! Great service! My wife and I decided to take a trip to Charolette for the first time, for our first wedding anniversary! We stayed here and thought it was money well spent! Crystal was an absolute gem! She was friendly and knowledgeable and courteous. Offering suggestions where to eat and even making sure a co-worker got a thank you card we left! We appreciate Crystal! Amelia is an absolute gem! We missed breakfast by 5 mins, but Amelia turned the juice machine back on, got us to go plates, and was very patient AND friendly knowing it was past time and she needed to clean up. The new management is trying to persuade people to give them a 4 star review by offer extra Hilton points. I appreciate that it takes time to make improvements and theyvseem to be on coarse to get there. I would question the integrity of a 4 star rating. The rooms are comfortable. The air unit on the wall doesn't work but you can set the temperature on the ac at the window. Breakfast was disappointing. The pool is not heated. Staff wasn't overly friendly but they weren't rude.
