Great experience. Originally booked at Marriot up the street. Ended up at Hilton due ro Sringhills poor customer satisfaction If you are in Carmel stay at Home2Suites with confidence.
I stayed at Home2 Suited Carmel back in January. I spoke with the manager, Kelley before I left. I had some concerns about the room. Some dishes were dirty, there were crumbs on the dinning chairs, but mostly the bathroom. The shower was disgusting. The door had heavy soap scum and the shower floor was so grimy it was gray! One of the shower doors was broken and off the tracks too. When we told her she didn't offer any apology or resolution. I upgraded to a suite and paid $50 more for it. Stay here for 1 night for a business travel. I like clean and spaciou room and friendly front desk staff here. There are also a good variety of choices for breakfast. Actually this is the best free breakfast I have ever seen at Home2 Suites brand. Will consider the stay here again in the future.
We stayed here for a college soccer showcase for 2 nights and 3 days. We stepped into the hotel thinking it would be extremely exciting. Rooms were nice and clean with a pullout couch and good sized bed. Many accessories in the room such as plates, spoons, sink, fridge, and hot water maker. Overall 4/5 room. Gym was okay nothing much, had the standard hotel gym equipment. 3/5. Pool was small and therefore we did not use it. 2/5. As Hilton honors member the benefits are 2 water bottles on first day of stay Desk supervisor daytime 2/28 ~ 3pm came over and took remote TV control off our table and changed TV to channel she liked and even told us “I like hockey” Night supervisor 2/28 ~11 pm asked her for water bottle was asked “Did you get one when u checked in?” “You can refill your old ones in the gym” When asked for late check out “Everyone is the same, no late checkout, get and check the app.” Abrupt, rude service We love Carmel but will never stay a... read more
