Room is very clean and spacious. All staff are friendly and helpful
Gabby consistently provides outstanding customer service every time I stay here. She is professional, attentive, detail-oriented, and always willing to help. Her positive attitude and commitment to making guests feel welcomed truly stand out. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I always appreciate her exceptional hospitality.
Terrible. Refused to help with a mistaken booking on my part. It was three nights and they could have refunded two, maybe even one at least, but nope. A rip off. Never stay here.
I came in town for a business trip. From the time I walked in, everyone has been amazing. It's beautiful from the time you walk through the front doors and in to your room. Breakfast is really good and the serving staff are so nice. Kelly, Jordan, and Alberta have been a tremendous help and very accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here.
Stayed here for a job interview in the area. It was my first time in a Home 2, and I was very impressed. My room was very large and loved the full sized fridge. The room had lots of room, and was very clean. Did not get the chance to try the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and I was able to get late check out. If you are in Carmel this is a great place to stay.
