Unexpectedly amazing. This was a solid step up from most Home2 locations. Breakfast was great, staff was amazing, rooms were huge and well arranged, perfect location, fun vibe…highly recommend!
This hotel falsely advertises itself as ‘pet friendly,’ only to surprise guests with hidden fees at checkout. It’s clear the general manager is more focused on squeezing every last dollar to pad hers and Hilton’s corporate profits than on providing honest, transparent service. These deceptive practices target hardworking travelers with pets who deserve better than to be nickel-and-dimed under the guise of “Hospitality”
