Super clean and new. Great rooms! Update: 9-13-25: sadly this location has changed. Was informed they'll be charging for parking and said its a new thing from Hilton. If that's true, That will push me over the edge to go with another brand after 6yrs. I haven't experienced this anywhere else except locations in downtown areas using parking decks. Decent breakfast
This was an unexpected stay. Upon arrival the person at the front desk was so friendly. We were able to book a room with no problem and even got to choose how far from the elevator we wanted it. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a privacy curtain to separate the couch area from the beds. The breakfast was delicious. They had all kinds of options like waffles, cereal, eggs and more. Staff was so kind even when asked for toothbrushes and toothpaste, they provided it at no cost. Overall great spot.
This was one of the highest priced hotels in Carlsbad, and they wanted to charge $75 non-refundable pet fee on top of their outrageously priced room Already
