Hotel is ok. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, breakfast is average to good. Things have changed in this area since January 2025. There are long haul Garbage trucks parked on the street and many other 18 wheelers park on the 3 streets leading into the hotel. It smells of garbage. This is new & not desirable. It is Hot & smelly. I have encountered a few unhoused persons in the restaurant area in front of hotels. Overall, I do not feel safe or clean in this hotel. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with Hilton, a brand that has shifted from prioritizing guest satisfaction to maximizing profits at the expense of a quality hotel experience. The focus on squeezing every dime from patrons has resulted in a minimal, frustrating stay that disregards comfort and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredible! I reserved a king room and due to issues their system swapped me to 2 queens. The staff very politely made arrangements for me to resolve the issue. They were very polite, attentive, and welcoming. The entire place is very clean and nice. I put 4 stars on the room, but that is only because I didnt feel the room ever got cold.
