This is a great location if visiting Augustana College.
The odor of the room smelled horrific! Like a dirty litter box. Asked to switch rooms ... second one smelled terrible but not quite as bad. All rooms allow pets. We will never be back. A few months ago stayed here and the room was perfect, we thought we found a gem,.... the hotel is really clean. They have the best breakfast around. The rooms are beautiful ! maybe that was the only room that doesn't smell of animal urine.... my suggestion is if you're going to allow pets, don't allow them in every room. Very friendly staff, nice hotel, good location
I need to start with the friendly atmosphere from the staff- super nice and accommodating! The room had a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher comfortable bed and a quiet setting. The room, bed, and appliances were clean. Some dishes supplied were not clean. I had takeout so I had plastic ware that I brought in. I did hand wash plates and flatware that I looked at. I would recommend the stay.. make sure you check the dishes should you choose to use them.
