Had to downgrade my review after staying here almost every week for the last few months. The carpets are stained in all the hallways and just about every room. Most of the shower doors don't slide they grind. Half of the AC unit controls don't work, you have to fight with the buttons. This week I told the front desk three times that my refrigerator was beeping with an alarm and it still hasn't been fixed. We’re staying here for the summer and so far have been here for a month. We’re super pleased with the hotel staff! They have all been super friendly and very helpful. The room maintenance has always been world class. Ernestina, the housekeeper does an amazing job and goes above and beyond to make sure our room is always looking great. Highly recommend!
