I stayed at this location during the week for several weeks. I showed up on Monday as I always did, just for them to tell me I don’t have a room that they canceled my reservation, and they’re sold out for the week. Terrible customer service. No empathy or compassion, and instead of helping an out of state guests find accommodations because of their mistake, I received just a “oh well.” The rooms were dirty when I did stayed there, the breakfast was OK. But I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The people were super friendly! Nice clean room's and a beautiful out door area with nice furniture ,fireplace and a T.V.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Norcross, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. While I will say that the customer service was good—the staff was polite and tried to be helpful—and the location was convenient, those were the only positives during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. The room felt unclean and poorly maintained, which made it uncomfortable, there were ladybugs all over the room, ceiling and bathroom. Another bad hotel in bad city Norcross (gov’t overreach city with bs laws). This hotel charged my card for $150.77. after the guest representative that checked me in specifically told me that the deposit was only $50. This caused my account to overdraft because I only move over money when I need to. I contacted the hotel back and the manager told me that the representative made an error and that he would correct this and send me a receipt and I will need to wait 3 to 5 business days for an error that I didn’t make.
