We did not get cleaning service and were told it was “every other day.” Trash in hallway was overflowing. Guests left wet towels in hall, and I don’t blame them, and nobody came to pick them up. The coffee on my second morning during their busy breakfast was super watery and not right so I politely told the manager but of course, nothing was done. I recently stayed here for a vacation and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was very clean, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. From check-in to check-out, the team was professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. My building's power has been out since last week so I booked this hotel to be able to work remotely (site said there was wired internet provided). Immediately called the front desk to verify before booking and they confirmed they had it. Come to find out after checking in, the wired connection doesn't work. Front desk tells me to call the service provider support line directly and the rep says she detects no wired internet service at this hotel... I stayed at this hotel from January 16–19, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was extremely distressing. During the last 24 hours of my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the couch in my room. I was completely traumatized. After reporting it, I was moved to another room. The front desk associate, Farrah, assured me that my stay would be fully comped and said, “Absolutely, that will not be a problem.” I was even given a roll of coins to wash all of my clothing due to the exposure.
