The breakfast buffet has gone down dramatically in time and quality. It is no longer worth eating there. The elevator broke during our stay. The power went out. I know there isn't a lot of competition here, but that is no reason to stop trying.
Beautiful place
After booking a room on my Hilton Honor app, and driving over 30 mins to get to this location, they failed to let me know that they’ve cancelled my reservation. Erin Winfrey (Director of Sale) solution was to have us sleep in the conference room which was very rude and unprofessional of him. His excuse was that he put someone else in our room.
