Customer service was unsatisfactory. Location is great. Cleanliness is good and breakfast is good. But housekeeping and customer service is unreliable.
One of my better hotel experiences in a long time. Rooms were fantastic for the price and spacious. Gym was top quality and plenty of equipment. The breakfast was excellent with lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and the properly was clean as well. The location is good as a base of operations for visiting White Sands and other locations around Alamogordo. Highly recommend!
Clean room. Easy check in with app and no need for physical card. Electric blackout shades were the best part of the room.
Had a very nice stay while visiting White Sands. The staff was very friendly and informative. They have sleds and wax for guests to borrow at no charge. Breakfast is basic and make sure to go early as it gets wrecked by all the families staying here.
