I do not like the door in the bathroom.
Be careful to stay there coz they have bugs on carpet in room and they don’t care.
Cheapest service at check in. She was rude. She was busy on her phone and didn’t ready to hear anything. Want to speak to higher authority regarding her behavior.dont stay there they have bug n we inform front desk but they didn’t even change the room so stay away from this hotel
I liked this location and my family was comfortable here. The hotel is slightly outside of Alamogordo in a safer location. The rooms are big enough for 2 large dogs and two adults to feel like they have adequate space. The beds were a bit hard but the pillows were nice and the air con worked great. Our rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated. There is a lot of space and shelving to put things in the rooms.
