The stay at the hotel was great. We would stay again the next robotic competition. The rooms were really clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our stay was really good.
I know this may be not a problem for everyone but when someone let their kids running and jumping upstairs 11pm, I go talk with the front desk they take almost 30 minutes to contact with the people in that room. For me that takes too long. Other than that everything great.
The place was very nice with the exception. When we got to our room it looked like it was dry food all over the couch and had been there for weeks or months. The breakfast was more like a pass. Find another place to eat. Checking in was rather difficult because it took the night staff at least 30 minutes to figure out our reservation.
