Quick and honest service! Our heater went out right before a storm. They were able to come quickly and diagnose the problem. They had it fixed in less than a half hour!

With the first cold snap, we turned on our heater, only to find it wasn't cooperating. We let Bryn at HomeWorx which error code it was displaying--the part was ordered, and quickly installed. He was very patient, thorough, and helped us discover a clogged pipe due to a critter making a nest (worst neighbors). After his hard work, we are now toasty and set for winter. Super satisfied! Bryn is a great guy and a really good communicator! Any questions I have or had during and after this install he responded to immediately - not in an hour, not the next day, immediately. Bryn and his crew did a complete retrofit of a 25 year old multi zone hydronic heating and cooling system, replacing two air handlers and two old AC outdoor units with a new Bosch heatpump and Bosch air handler.
