Lance and Charlie walked us through every aspect of the project and provided excellent contractors that were experienced, responsive, and well qualified. They were patient and answered every question we had (and there were a lot of them). He is always available (and loves to talk) by phone, email, and text and guided me throughout the process as the go-between for me and PBS modular (factory that makes the houses). This is my first home and he walked me through each step since I was acting as my own general contractor. His recommendations for contractors were good as well, just be sure to compare prices and getting local businesses to work for you is often more convenient. We have an amazing experience with lance at home world. He was always available to us for any help and questions and we had plenty. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and really worked with us to build our dream home. We are so happy to have chosen homeworld in Flanders as it went a lot smoother than we imagined!
