I had scheduled a showing for an apartment through Molly. I took time on my lunch break to drive to ST Matthews. She called me 1 minute before the scheduled showing to tell me the agent was in still Indiana. She shared that I could let myself in with the key box, ok no problem… I got to the unit and the key box was nowhere to be found. When I told her, it felt like she didn’t believe me.
