I ordered a set of 4 cocktail glasses with a custom name on it. My order was made, shipped, and received very quickly. I was happy with the service. BUT when I opened the box saw that the engraving was so faint it was impossible to read the engraving. One picture attached is from the compay's weebsite, the other picture is the glass I received.
