This guy came screaming out of his house at me and my 1 year old son on the beach. He tried to start a fight with me while I had my infant son in my arms. Avoid this person.

"Dr." White is the most unprofessional, vile person I've ever come in contact with. Extremely rude, screamed at me (a young woman) and told me that he "could smell the tuna boat from a mile away" as he berated me and my dog. I'm not sure what exactly that even means, but I'm fairly confident that he was referring to my lady parts.
