The service provided by both Maureen and Michael from the moment I contacted them until final installation was just fabulous. Michael was reliable, extremely knowledgable and helpful in explaining what I would require to assist with the condensation issues we were having in our home and was able to schedule work within a week of attending at my home for a survey. I would highly recommend this company.

The service provided from Michael and Maureen at HVS was first class right from initial enquiry to survey and installation (in less than a week!). Nothing was a problem and I found them to very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Michael arrived when he said he would, and was efficient and very tidy. I highly recommend HVS.
I would like to credit HVS (Maureen and Michael) for their outstanding customer service. I recently purchased a PIV system through their website. A supply problem beyond the control of HVS occured but After contacting HVS they managed to resolve the problem very quickly and beyond my initial expections. I highly recommend this company.
