It's been over a year since my doors were installed and I still have an open permit with the city. I was told that the permit fee was paid but they won't provide me with proof. After spending $17,000, looks like they are trying to stick me with the $500 permit fee. They do not respond to my calls or texts. This is the icing on the cake as the installation was a nightmare as well. I had to hire someone else to clean up the sloppy job they did. We found Home Value of Florida by a 'word of mouth' referral. We were lucky to have been given the referral. First off, Eli, the owner, was knowledgeable and solution savvy on our roof repair. The company presented us with an outstanding timeline with a reasonable bid. They have a trustworthy sub contractors group and an amazing finishing team who loves their work. I have hired Home Value Of Florida for a couple different projects in the last few years. I have found each person at the company to be professional, competent and easy to work with (I have worked most closely with Eli and Yaron and they are both top notch). These folks care about the finished product and do everything they can to ensure a quality project all while taking care of the customer in the process. I'll continue doing business with them.

If you want your home to be in good hands , Home Value of FL is the contractor for you, we did a full remodeling project with them and it was a wonderful more then expected experience, aviv and his crew were truly professionals Punctual and responsive to all of our questions and needs, we'd highly recommend Home Value to anyone.
