Worst pharmacy I shop at Snyder's now there good
This pharmacy is trash since the new owners took over. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are really slow and don't even keep meds stocked. We've had nothing but problems since they changed owners.
Takes too long to get prescriptions after the doctor calls them in. Hometown ran pretty decent with old staff not now. now they run like Snyder’s poor.
I called at 9:45 in the morning requesting my refills on my prescriptions. I was told they'd be ready by 2:00. I went and done some banking and got to the drive through at 2:15.( I'm on oxygen, so the drive through is a huge plus for me.)I sat there, for 20 minutes with no help, even as the girls turned to look and see me sitting there. Finally, one gal came to the window only to tell me there was no order showing for my scripts and asked who told me they'd be ready. I told her who I spoke with and she told me she'd check.
