Rude and unhelpful
They take good care of us. Will go above and beyond when you really need them. I will always choose a locally owned pharmacy over a huge chain.
The RUDEST pharmacist we have encountered - god forbid someone is gracious or helpful these days
We were in New Buffalo for a little get away and my husband forgot his medications. We found Home Town Pharmacy and had our Dr. call in the Rx. We went to pick up the prescription and were greeted by a very friendly staff. They were very attentive and had everything ready for us. New Buffalo should feel very proud and lucky to have such a wonderful pharmacy available to them! Can’t say enough great things about our experience with them. Wish we still had a place just like them at home.
