I have changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star after discovering all the hidden issues after living here for 3 years. Some really big issues that are the manufacturers fault. Shult homes is the builder. 1st choice is the General Contractor. Both have major issues. The attic insulation is reading at 9 inch depth (R 28 )after move in. But it was placed at 14 inches specified to be R38.
