All the NPAs are great and very knowledgeable. Very thorough on patient care. Front office staff is great as well. They definitely help trying to find what you need in appointments or issues.

No transparency on insurance/cost. I filled out my insurance info before my appointment. When I got there, the woman at the front hadn’t figured out my benefits and said we’d figure it out after my appointment. After my appointment, she still was having issues with her computer (?) so I never saw anything regarding my payment responsibility.
