Just had the most amazing experience at Home Town Family Healthcare and had to share! If you’re looking for a primary care clinic where you’re truly seen and heard, this is the place! There was zero wait, and both Katelin and Laura, the incredible NPs, spent so much time with me! I didn’t feel rushed for even a second. It’s rare to find providers who combine professionalism with such a personal, down-to-earth touch. If you’ve been thinking about switching clinics or just need a place that actually listens, go see them! 🥰
I’ve been seeing fallyn now for close to a year and she makes the process of going to the doctor so much easier and stress free, she also is normally able to get you in same day or next day which is amazing! The whole team and staff here is extremely sweet and accommodating highly recommend.
In went into the office on Tuesday and was pleasantly greeted by Kaitlyn and she scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday (today). It student NP was friendly and thorough. Falon was great!!! I have found “my place” the small and friendly environment is just for me!!! The practice is clean and bright and cozy.
Great place to get treated for any medical needs. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I have recommended friends and family to use this office for any medical needs. They are just fantastic and very efficient.
The nurse practitioner (Falon) was very knowledgeable. Unlike other offices if been to, Falon treated me like a person and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain potential causes and solutions for these concerns. I was highly recommended to her by a friend and would recommend her to anyone.
