No transparency on insurance/cost. I filled out my insurance info before my appointment. When I got there, the woman at the front hadn’t figured out my benefits and said we’d figure it out after my appointment. After my appointment, she still was having issues with her computer (?) so I never saw anything regarding my payment responsibility. Had a great experience at my first new patient appointment. Very thorough exam, Falon was very thorough while going over my medical history. Highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a small practice with caring providers.
Finally after 4 years I found the Dr. to go too, Love that they do labs in the office and don't have to go to another lab facility.
I have been with this group for about 6 months. I left a concierge doctor and looked around for a while and decided to use Fallon's group. I have yet to be disappointed. One of the big upside for me is they collect blood. I like to do my own "numbers" and this is much more convenient than Quest or Lab Corp. I also like that she knows things that mainstream doctors do not (use of compounds and vitamins to curve or solve issues).
Falon and Kaitlin are two of the most amazing people I have ever met. Two of the best medical professionals I have ever worked with. They never make me feel rushed. They always actively listen and make me feel heard and understood about all of my concerns and questions. I couldn't ask for two more amazing people on my team. The receptionists Carolina and Faith (she answers the phone sometimes, I am unsure if she also does more), are always warm and helpful.
