Working with Home Town Exteriors was an absolute joy! Nick is very hands-on from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and going over siding options. I never felt he was "upselling" on anything. There are a couple of seemingly little things that made this company so great to work with, both of which fall under basic courtesy--something the other companies I talked to lacked. When I called Home Town Exteriors for a window quote, the owner answered and gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. If you've dealt with any of the big window companies, then you know that doesn't happen. There was no in-home sales pitch, no special limited time sale, no pressure. The price was half the big companies. The owner called multiple times to update on order and install timeline. And the install team did a great job. This is where we will get our future windows and any other exterior home needs.

Deals in bad faith. He negotiated a trailer with me and even used his business to back up his word, and turned around and sold it to someone else. All I can say is, if he would have told me no holds I would have gone that very moment, but he told me he could wait until Sunday. I just had to say this specially because he sent me his business info and stated that he has a good name in the area.

I consulted with a few different companies (Zen, Sunshine, Window Nation) before choosing Nick and his company at Hometown Exteriors. Of all places, I found Nick’s company through a strong recommendation on reddit. Upon making contact Nick was super nice, listened to my concerns and did not rush anything at all. Several years ago I had the Leaf Terminator installed over my existing gutters by Home Town Exteriors. This product has done a great job keeping leaves and debris out of my gutters. A great product at a fair price. Recently I had my roof replaced and had Home Town Exteriors remove and reinstall the existing Leaf Terminator. They used new screws on the reinstall and the installer even caulked a small gutter leak!
