1. Called yesterday to have my husband's prescriptions transferred. I was assured it would be done. 2. Called today and was told they had prescriptions for 3 meds (he's on 10 that have refills). 3. Refused to call the pharmacy back to get the rest of the prescriptions and told me to call the doctor which will take 3 days for any refills to be sent and that they aren't accepting new patients. I have been trying to get these meds filled for almost a week (first at Walgreens who didn't care and lied several times) and they are ... read more
