These guys are exactly what a shop is supposed to be. Fast, knowledgeable and communicative. Brought my car in on Monday this week (12/1) for what I thought was a radiator leak. Turns out it was a different problem entirely. Lots of shops would have just said okay radiator. After all was said and done I paid less than a grand and got my vehicle back this morning (12/5). I saw they had a 4.8 with few bad reviews so I decided to give them a try because I had a bad experience with JC Lewis in pooler who had changed my VCT solenoids but left me with an oil leak. So I gave hometown auto a try I had my fluids changed and the oil leak fix and it was a good experience it was about $1000 and I had mentioned the problem I had with Ford and what they did when I brought it to them. While on vacation, my water pump went out. They had my car less than a week and had me back on the road. Did find it odd how they emptied my glove box and just left everything on the floorboard of the passenger side of my car.

I was driving from Massachusetts to Hollywood Fl when I broke down at 230 in the morning on 95.. got towed and dropped off here at 4 am.. poor guys come to work at 8 to some random person in a panic and in need of help.. they got my car diagnosed and fixed all before 1030 ... everyone was super friendly, professional and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg , like I thought it would... thank you guys for getting me right in even though you had a packed line up for the day.. I'm forever grateful!!!
