there is no possible way to fix this crappy company
Beware of poor service with attempts to charge exorbitant prices. We needed help improving performance of our hi-speed wireless system and they tried to charge us 7K which included charging us for equipment we already owned. When we pointed this out and questioned them, they rudely fired us as a customer. We found another company that charged us less than 1K and things working GREAT ever since.
