The worst!!!! The owner is a Rip-off and rude. Their "techs" are NO professionals....!!!! I got away better quality, price, and service from the Best Buy geek squad.
Best Home theater and security company in El Paso, technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll recommend this place.
This place is horrible.. I went to their location because I truly thought they were home theater "experts". I asked for a center channel speaker and they sold me a speaker that was very poor in quality. I tried to return because it did not match my home theater and they told me I couldn't return because it was an "open box item". I was never informed that it was an open box and they did not let me return this horrible speaker.. The only thing they are "experts" in is JUNK... Do not go to them!!!!
