Rolf is a real pleasure to work with. He built my pergola and installed a retractable awning and blinds about 8 years ago. His work and service are impeccable. I have had to call him a couple of times to fix minor issues and he has resolved them promptly at no extra charge, even though the warranty has expired. I recommend him highly.
Very pleased with my retractable awning. Rolf was very responsive and I managed to get measured, ordered and installed in less than a month. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and the install was done very professionally. The quality of the fabric, hardware and motor seems very good. Definitely recommend.
Rolf is a conscientious, consummate professional. When we had issues with the motors on our motorized shades a bit over a year after installation, Rolf made several visits to diagnose and repair the issue. He’s busy, which is understandable given the quality of his work, but he still made the time to ensure we were taken care of long after installation was completed. I would strongly recommend Home-Teck.
We needed an awning for your backyard fairly quickly. Most other providers took a while to come home and look at the property. Rolf was prompt and quick, explained the various offerings, and suggested the best option for us. We finally went with a 20 X 11 1/2, motorized option. Little bit on the pricey side but the product and the installation done by Rolf was perfect. Highly recommend the Home-teck team.
