This is the worst company ever. Our Samsung refrigerator stopped working on Christmas. I did not expect anyone to come until the following week, however, they stated their soonest availability would be 2 weeks later. The morning when they were supposed to arrive, their tech got injured (not his fault) at another call and then bumped us out to 4 days later. No apologies, the woman was rude, not willing to shuffle the schedule to work us in…ended up buying another fridge to get through. We will never buy Samsung again as this ... read more
