Very good and accommodating people to work with did an excellent job on the install would recommend them for security home monitoring
Sadly, the one time we needed our monitoring service to... monitor... they did not. Our store was broken into, the app went crazy with notifications, but when I woke up and noticed, it was 2 hours later. Home Tech did not notify myself, or the RCMP, and either they were totally unaware it was happening, or no one was there to care. It took 3-4 phone calls that week to finally get a call back from someone who would "look into the logs". After that... crickets. Great Customer Service
Home Tech is the most Unreliable company I have every delt with, you should have a security system put in to keep them out, they have been taking money from our account have never notified us of issues over the last few years I sent a letter to them asking for a explanation as to why they never call when the system in zones are not working. Got no reply or explanation. Worst service ever they get a negative 10 in my books they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau as the would never make their grade nothing but a bu... read more
