I recently used Home Tech for the second time to level my manufactured home. They were very good about explaining things to me and thorough about the work they did. They measured several times before, during, and after to see what was needed and how things were going. Of particular help was the fact that they discovered a leak under my home. One of the men (Kevin)even took a video of the leak and included directions for how to find it. Home Tech performed a releveling of our manufactured home. Expectations were communicated clearly. They explained what they thought they needed to do, then communicated what they found. Friendly and kind to provide information related to other items and potential issues beneath the house. I will be using their services again.

Learn from my mistakes and avoid Home Tech at all costs! We contracted Home Tech for a relevel on our older mobile home. After assessing the situation it was determined that we needed extensive work done (new pillars, insulation, a skirt added, etc) which we agreed to given the age of the home. Since the area around the mobile needed to be excavated, we walked the property twice with the owner Romero and his men pointing out all the major utility lines, and even marked those areas with paint on the day excavating started. This has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. About 6 months ago I was purchasing a manufactured home and needed an engineer certification for the attached porch and roof of the porch. They told me that the porch needed supports underneath and beams from the porch to the roof, they said they could get this done within a few days so I hired them to get it done so we could try and close the house on time. Long story but hear me out. I had a time crunch, and a serious situation at my home in Prescott Valley. The unit needed re-leveling, the jacks were not adequate, and had been adjusted to their maximum, and to top it off the entire unit needed the vapor barrier. I called for an appointment which was set immediately.
