I had a great experience with Carlo. He came by to install an Ethernet run from my living room up to my room upstairs, and the job turned out to be more complicated than expected. What initially seemed simple ended up taking about 2.5 hours, but Carlo stayed patient, professional, and made sure everything was done properly. He ran the cable cleanly through the ceiling, installed proper Ethernet wall plates, and made sure everything looked neat and worked perfectly. It is an absolute pleasure when one finds such conscientious, courteous and well rounded individuals like Carlo and Matthew. The level of service was detailed, well thought out and executed with care. I would recommend their service without hesitation.
Absolutely fantastic service. Helped to properly install my ethernet cables. Went above and beyond, including organizing and labeling all of the installed wires. Truly a professional service, which I plan to use in the near future to install my security system as well!
