I had a very disappointing experience with Marc at Home Tech Builders. He was unprofessional from the start — quoting jobs and then constantly trying to upsell or add unnecessary work to make more money. Even worse, he billed me for work I never approved! Also, a plumber told us a specific job was under warranty, but Marc never confirmed that and later sent a bill for it anyway. Home Tech Builders built an outdoor living area for us which included a kitchen, a sitting area with a TV, sound system, accent lighting, heaters, and also a screened porch. We are so happy that we went with them! The finished product is absolutely beautiful. Marc Jaques is professional, responsive and stands behind his work. Everything was top quality, we are so happy with the results.
