Chris (the owner) was very honest, and extremely understanding about our financial situation. He replaced our steam boiler, and serviced our AC. Even helped us figure out our security system. Love the feedback when I refer him.

Chris from Home-Tec heating and cooling came highly recommended from a friend of mine who has used Him before and He didn’t disappoint. I called Chris and He came over asap. He reassured Me He would get it back up and running and He did in a very timely manner. He diagnosed the Problem replaced the Part and saved the Day. Chris showed up promptly and got the job done in a timely manner. Cleaned up after his work and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend! Also fixed someone else’s code violation from a previous install.
