We bought a used doublewide from them and they delivered it. Did the correct paperwork for ownership. Nice people, up front about the home and what it would need. we are pleased with our purchase and if ever needed would purchase again. Thank you home team!
Starting off this is a Navy Veteran’s Home that is fighting cancer ! This roof blew off this last storm that hit Alvarado Tx. Underneath the tin roof that wasn’t put in correctly wasn’t any whiteboard for insulation or soundproofing. Nor was there enough screws holding it down . The shingled roof was rotten and now has to be completely removed and replaced. Now we have to get a roofer to come out a new roof on this home . Would I recommend this place to buy a Home ??
