They put in the hvac system in our school that had problems from day one and they will not return calls or service the system. Now school is starting back up with broken A/C I paid the contractor he did not pay you. That is not our issue it was an issue between you and the Gratzer Brothers. I did not contract you. That has nothing to do with the fact that in less than a year half of the units have leaked the refrigerant and they all leak water in the classrooms because you did not insulate any of the units. Home Systems, Inc. installed an HVAC system at our school that has not functioned properly. Despite repeated calls, they have failed to respond to our urgent service requests. With school starting next week and recent extreme heat conditions, this is more than an inconvenience—it’s a serious health and safety issue that puts the well-being of our students and staff at risk.
