Very unprofessional & no one seems to be on the same page about their products. Not very customer oriented.
Very unprofessional. My daughter ordered kitchen cabinets and paid in full... they lost the order. Then after reordering them with a “rush” delivery..they were delayed 2 weeks. Today they finally arrived and are the wrong cabinets. To top it off they want to now charge $300 to get a refund. Despicable.
