I would absolutely NOT recommend shopping at this store in Whitby. While the initial salesperson I dealt with during my custom ottoman purchase was pleasant, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare after the sale. The ottoman was supposed to be ready within two weeks, but it took longer. Unfortunately, I was out of the country when it was finally ready. Sales person was wayyyyyyyy too aggressive. My husband and I were just in to take a look but he followed us around and kept pushing and pushing to the point we were so uncomfortable. We even said we would let him know if we needed help but that didn't seem to make a difference. I get that your trying to earn a commission but the pushy sales tatic is cheap and scared us away! We ended up next door to the outlet and bought there.
Home style has a very big range of items which can be explored. There’s always the perfect item for all my needs. The salesmen are very helpful and not pushy. Would definitely go back.
