The doctors are great but two years ago they got rid of their digital communication platform after claiming it did not improve efficiency. This clinic is the only medical provider that I have that has zero form of digital communication, which is unacceptable in 2025. There have been times where the date I was provided over the phone has been different to the date they actually put in their calendar. We met with Dr Beattie at the after hours clinic for our 7 week old. He was so kind and informative. Didn’t take any chances and advised us to have him seen at the emergency department. He followed up twice on how our baby was doing within a couple days. I’m so impressed with the compassion he showed towards our son. I can only imagine how wonderful he is with his patients on the daily. Brockville is very lucky to have a caring, genuine, and compassionate doctor. Thank you so much Dr Beattie!
Someone I know goes here to see a doctor and it's the worse place in the world, no one listens to the problem at hand, they just end up making mental health worse.... if there was any doctor taking Patients they would leave here
