i was assured a "successful motification", ONCE I RECEIVED A REFERENCE NUMBER, which i did receive. My mortgage company would not negotiate (home step solution was NOT able to assist with my situation!). Although Home Step Solution garenteed that if I WAS COMPLIANT with all of their requests, which i was, i would be eligiable for a full refund...now they will not respond in any form!...my phone calls, wont accept my certified mail, etc...i am invisiable to them...i do not exist! I AM JUST OUT MY $$!...$1,595.00 TO BE EXACT!

Great customer service , got me approved in less than 60 days with the worst bank (CHASE) for MHA program. The prior Principal and interest :$2,630.83. New Principal and Interest :$1,158.87 Prior Interest Rate: 6.875% . New Interest Rate: 2.000% that's a saving of $1,471.96 a month

Home Step Solutions is a the most knowledgeable loan modification company they got me approved after being denied 3 times when i applied on my own , they dropped down my interest rate from 6.75% to 3.25% for the life of the loan . I'm so happy with their results . their fees where affordable ,they knew i was in a financial hardship so they worked out a payment plan for me I recommend this firm to anyone that needs a permanent solution to their mortgage struggle.
