Wonderful customer service. Excellent clean building and units. Marico is amazing and was so happy and helpful. EDIT: We have had a storage unit with Homestar for over a year now. We have never been late, or maybe only once, with payment. Our stuff is clean and doesn't smell. We follow the rules of the storage facility. The prices were great at first, then they sent the first notice. It was a notice that everyones unit will go up in price just a bit. Then again three months later. Move in was fast and easy. Friendly customer service and the facility is really clean ! Thank you again.
So far so good! I booked the unit online and the facility when I arrived was so clean and the back entrance was convenient with the dolly. The person who answered the phone the day after I booked was so helpful and sweet over the phone and helped me map out where my unit was so I could prepare. Thank you!
