Home Star Storage is a wonderful facility. Marico is so helpful and nice to work with. It is very easy to access the units. If you need a good storage space, definitely get one here.

Marico is the finest employee and customer service rep we could ever expected to meet. Very good sales rep. The facility is exceptionally welcoming and clean. Very much appreciated his knowledge and It feels like a very safe place to store our property. 2026

Started out great. But started raising rates every 6 months. Previously never raised rates. Access to unit with Uhaul, non existent. Can't get truck out after you get it in. Access doors not accessible. Has become inconvenient for customers. No clear communication as to what is happening at the storage. Seems I'll managed and a lot of changes that don't benefit the customers. Only the storage company. Not sure what is going on, but not good.
