I was disappointed. Before our meeting, she checked my address on Mapquest and assured me there would be no travel charge since I was within a 20-mile radius. However, when it was time to pay, she added a travel fee. I paid, but it felt unprofessional. While I appreciated the few organizing tips she gave, like color and ABC suggestions, the session was not worth it. I hired her for decorating and organizing advice, but the two hours felt wasted. I wouldn’t recommend her.
Cynthia is excellent at her work. She gave us practical, not expensive guidance for staging our house to sell. Our house showed 27 time the first day and was under contract that evening after multiple offers above asking price.
