This was a horrible experience! The lady helping us (who turned out to be the owner!) was very inconsiderate, and did not listen to our needs at all. She kept trying to design our entire home, instead of just listening to my wife and I that we only needed blinds for our home. She was pushy, and ended up selling us JUNK! The strings have fallen out several times, and for some reason, it's $85 just to get someone out to look at them! (Even though I only got the blinds 2 months ago?).
