This so called business is a scam. They take your large down payment and triple the price of the home then after 5 years they make you get a mortgage to pay off their loans. Beware!!!! Keep your money for somewhere else!!!!

This company is a scam, we are currently experiencing legal dispute over fraudulent modifications to our Purchase agreement and Lease, MODIFICATIONS OF PURCHASE PRICE And options, MODIFICATIONS OF lease terms.. forged signatures and altered Documents, WE QUESTIONED THE CHANGES AND ADDRESSED THEM TO SANDRA OLSEN ( btw she was the first to give a 5 star review to this company go check) ON OCT 3 2022 and she intentionally lied and misrepresented the changes we questioned- she lied with the Intent to deceive. They worked with us from selling our home to then leasing our new home with amazing efficiency and bent over backwards for us to make all the transitions seemless.
