This company has not finished the solar and whole-house generator installation. It was half done. They did the solar installation back in June 2022 and it was half complete. Then, around Aug, they had a city inspection to inspect our solar and the inspector was not happy about this job. The crew keeps showing up unannounced. They did not contact me to make sure we will be home for the crew to do the job. It was supposed to have all wires hooked up including the whole-house generator before sending the inspection. It’s been months since my solar system was installed. I paid in full for the solar system and a generator. The owners, Chad and Jerell are refusing to install the generator because of a dispute with Titan, which is the the company that installed the solar panels. Beware of them. I know of another customer with similar issues with SunSmart America.
I feel that this service should not extend to other states due to the sales people not knowing the laws or rules in other states. Now I am stuck with huge bills and NO HELP. Would give 0 stars if possible.
