So my husband and I hired your company back in 2012 to blow insulation into the walls of my home. We are remodeling our bathroom and this is the great insulation job that we paid thousands of dollars to have done correctly. I have a photo to show what poor job that was done. I guess one never knows what was really done until you peel back the interior walls.

5 months ago my wife advised of the complete disaster Home Snuggers and Mark Walker have created for us. Although they responded to the Facebook post within hours with a promise to get in touch with us, we are still stuck in the same spot as before. Mark has told me they would come finish the job twice since then, but ended up backing out and not showing up at the last minute. We have been holding out on a review of this company because we were very hopeful they would come through. First of all, my husband and I would HIGHLY recommend you go with another company. The communication has been awful. We haven’t been able to reach anyone about coming back to the house and basically finishing a job undone per the Maine auditor who came to our house after the job. Even the auditor has tried to reach the company without success. Walls broken & foam insulation EVERYWHERE. It’s been a nightmare.

I would never trust someone in my house whodrives like that. Complete douchebag. No blinkers, crossing more than one lane, getting into a lane that was ending just to get ahead after driving 10 mph under the speed limit. Total moron. You should have more forethought when your company name is plastered all over the truck. Really.

I would give less stars but they have some really friendly people working for them. In my experience they did a less than stellar job. They barely know what they are doing when it comes to replacing wood siding. There are half inch gaps where the siding meets the trim. We had them do some work from the interior of the house and there's a number of places where the wood floors were gouged by the hose and some gouges possibly by a ladder.
