Love their one of a kind pieces, decor & knowledgeable owner Jen. Always generous with her decor suggestions. Love this local Canadian & woman owned shop. So refreshing from the big box stores.
They use a shipping company with 1 star and many negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend shopping online with them. My return ended up costing 200.00 and I'll have to miss 2 days of work due to an address mix-up that was no fault of mine. The owner is very polite, however.
What a gorgeous place to shop (and it always smells great too)! They carry a beautiful selection of floral branches and make lovely custom wreaths. I used to shop at the Roncesvalles location and I have followed the store to Yonge Street. They carry many unique pieces and I am excited to have just started a painting project using the Fusion paint line. And, best of all - the staff are knowledgeable and lovely!
I bought some pretty clear bobeches. This was my first purchase from Home Smith. I plan to buy much more from this wonderful store. I had the most pleasant experience writing with Jennifer. She understood a small problem I was having and took it very seriously, immediately going out of her way to remedy. Incredible customer service. I have been browsing and seeing many lovely items, so well priced! Thank you so very much to Home Smith.
