This could have been a 5 star, except for these issues: Salesperson lied about no cleaning ever required, which raised the first flag. Installation was messier than needed, with smoke alarms going off, if you get the idea. This was a custom installation requiring more time to install than said. Missed attention to details especially with exterior caulking and cleanup of extra sealants.
They did a great job and were able to meet our time table for getting the tub installed. Works great! Would recommend.
I was very impressed how quickly the install took place. However in hindsight, I wish I would’ve included handrails for getting in and out of tall sides of the tub. I am now experiencing some issues with the handle to the shower and the faucet cover. They are not screwed in tightly and they spin. also, when I attempt to turn on the shower, half the time the lever fails and clicks back down and the shower does not turn on. I would please like to know who I can reach out to to get this fixed.
