They came to measure all the spaces for remodeling and then the guy went to a convention or something to Las Vegas and NEVER called back. I called several times and the poor lady at the office didn't even know what to tell me. It wasn't her fault. I mean he was just in Las Vegas not in Mars, he could have called at least to apologize for being so informal. Anyways if a person tells you that they can install tile over tile you know he's not very good.
I bought a kitchen from these guys when they were called "USA Smart Kitchens". They have since changed their name, I suspect because they had several bad reviews under that name. I was very hesitant to use their business because of this, but the owner Michael promised me complete satisfaction and went out of his way to show me some kitchens he had previously completed.
